Job Description

Regional Director - South West

£Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Role Purpose - 

Our Plumbing and Heating division is looking to recruit a truly inspirational Regional Director. 
Your role will be to execute the Plumbing and Heating strategy whilst delivering significant bottom line profit through leading the effective and efficient delivery of operational processes and exceptional customer service and sales in a range of Installer, Contractor and Delivery hub branches whilst developing people and implementing the Divisional Safety Strategy.


What are we looking for?

A visionary, collaborative and engaging leader,  you will be highly motivated, innovative, tenacious and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have exceptional customer relationship management skills and the ability to create and sustain long-term partnerships.  With a high level of supplier, competitor and market commercial understanding, you will be able to drive business growth to make a real difference to the bottom line.

You will also need experience of working through a change programme, with an understanding of the challenges faced when taking a team through a change initiative -  therefore inspirational leadership is a must!

You will drive a focus on continuous improvement, challenging poor performance and keeping ahead of the competition. Development of current teams and building talent pipelines for the future. 

To succeed in this role, a background of Plumbing and Heating would be an advantage, long with multi-site experience within a senior operational and sales role (or) be able to clearly demonstrate the competency.  With exceptional communication and influencing skills, you will have the ability to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders and be able to make informed decisions
