Regional Fast Track Management Programme

£18,000 - £20,000 starting salary, with performance related increments up to £25,000 + bonus + great range of benefits

Hours of work: 40 per week

This is a regional role that will require the successful candidate to have a full UK driving license, and be flexible to travel to different branches across East London.

We provide you with a fantastic support network through classroom study, 1:1 coaching, mentoring, technical and skills training to enable you to progress to a management position.

Over your 12 month Apprenticeship, you will build your industry knowledge by completing 3 placements with some of our market leading brands; CCF, Keyline and BSS. You’ll also spend time in Head Office Functions to get a well rounded view of the entire operation. Modules include; safety culture, product ranges, customers and leadership. Our experienced team will work with you to ensure you progress through your programme and put in place the foundations for a great career with the Travis Perkins Group.

• Can build relationships with a wide variety of people

• Has 2+ years experience within a customer facing role

• Is willing to travel, and be flexible in terms of location

• Loves to learn, develop and expand their knowledge

• Holds a full UK driving licence
