The role:

Working in our Regional Service Centre, as a Team Leader you will lead, manage and motivate a team of Customer Service Advisors to consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, driving individual and team performance to help achieve departmental targets. You will ensure that work is prioritised effectively.


What we are looking for:

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:-

  • Customer focused, proving an outstanding level of customer service

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • The ability to multi task, prioritise and work under pressure

  • A Warm and friendly nature

  • Team player with a can do, will do attitude

  • Ability to handle high volume of telephone calls

  • Experienced with leading a team and has no problems motivating other colleagues


You will have worked previously in a supervisory/management role and have plumbing and heating experience.
