Senior Branch Administrator
Location : Swan Valley Keyline

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, between 8am - 5.00pm

Join Keyline as an experienced Senior Branch Administrator within our Contract Merchanting Central Admin Team based in Swan Valley.


Reporting to the Admin Manager you will be responsible for -

  • Stocktake reconciliations.

  • Processing claimbacks accurately and efficiently.

  • Understanding the branches needs, liaising regularly, building relationships and resolving queries.

  • Provide excellent customer service when receiving and dealing with incoming and outbound calls.

  • To maintain update product knowledge including materials, size and quantities in which they are sold, price movements etc to reduce invoice errors.


To be successful:

  • You will have experience within a similar administration role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise.

  • Ability to work both as a member of a team but also on own initiative.

  • IT experience..
