Senior Customer Service Advisor - Based in Crick M1 (Jct18)

Hours - Monday to Friday between 0730 and 1800 one Saturday in every four 0800 - 1400

The role:

Reporting into and supporting the departmental Team Leader, ensuring day to day tasks for example; orders, cancellations and amendments for all accounts are actioned within contractual agreements.  You will ensure the Service Centre is "open for business" at the start of the shifts.

You will be the main point of contact for both internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for daily prioritisation and delegation of shared inboxes,customer orders and other related workstreams.

You will also support the Team Leaders in the preparation of team and departmental statistics.
