Iflo is our own brand of bathrooms, featuring dominantly in our bathroom showrooms. On a day to day basis you will be working as part of our trusted Customer Service Team, primarily on our established Iflo Helpdesk, working closely with the branches and showroom teams to process warranty claims, order spares, provide technical support and answer Iflo queries.
You will also be working with trade and counter customers, along with suppliers and internal departments. You will put our customers at the heart of everything you do and be an advocate for the business.
Our Customer Service Advisors are expected to bring exceptional experience to the team, be creative, informed, willing to learn, and willing to share.
You will :
Be proficient using Google email, Google sheets, and Google documents, or Microsoft equivalent
Be able to demonstrate experience in a service or call centre or customer service environment.
Have the confidence to learn new systems and processes
Be competent in dealing with external suppliers and carriers
Have a high standard of written English and a great, personable telephone manner
Have a positive, can do attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team
Be able to have difficult conversations and use your complaint handling experience
Have a high level of attention to detail and be numerically proficient
Our Customer Service Team is open between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The role will feature a mixture of home and office working. The office is based in Crick, which is junction 18 of the M1.
