Customer Service (Spares) Advisor 
Full Time - 45 hours per week Monday to Friday, with one saturday in every 6
Location: Cardiff

If so come join our Service Centre as a Customer Service Advisor specialising with our Spares products and share our success in a hard-working yet friendly environment. 

To be successful in this role you will consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service over the telephone, ensuring orders, cancellations and amendments for all our Spares products are keyed within a timely manner.  

What we are looking for;

  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised.
  • Able to instil trust and confidence. 
  • Able to multitask under pressure. 
  • A team player with a friendly personality. 

Previous experience in the spares industry would be an advantage but not essential, more importantly we are looking for people with the right attitude and enthusiasm who have the ambition to take ownership of their own success. This role would be a good start if you are looking to progress within the Plumbing & Heating industry or a new change within a customer service role.
