Job Description

The role:
You’ll work within the branch in a customer facing role, serving on the trade counter and dealing with customers over the telephone, providing customer service that is second to none, developing new and existing business and maximising sales at every opportunity. You will ensure that product knowledge is optimised within the branch and provide a specialist point of contact. You will be an advocate of our ‘Stay Safe’ culture.

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is:-

  • Able to instil trust and confidence 
  • Able to multitask under pressure

Previous experience in the spares industry would be advantageous, but more importantly we are looking for people with the right attitude and enthusiasm who have the ambition to take ownership of their own success.
