As a Talent Sourcer in our Central Functions Resourcing team you will deliver top class talent across a mix of head office functions including Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain and become a subject matter expert in industry trends, competitor insight and market intelligence to help influence our wider business strategy and initiatives.

Working in partnership with our Specialist Recruiters, on a day to day basis you will

• Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates across a range of channels including LinkedIn, CV databases, search engines, social media profiles and competitor webpages

• Engage (and qualify) candidates via email, phone and messaging via social media - sharing your understanding of the Travis Perkins Group and Businesses’ culture and unique qualities

• Create and manage talent pipelines to support forecasted recruitment demand

• Design and produce research including competitive candidate market mapping

Whilst previous experience of working in a similar role/recruitment environment is not a prerequisite we are looking for someone with

• Excellent communication skills

• Good analysis and research capability

• Solid understanding of social media and research tools

• An inquisitive and creative mindset

• The ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing working environment

• Great organisational skills to effectively plan and manage your own workload

• The initiative to identify solutions to changing priorities and commitments
