Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE


To order product and reconcile invoices for the display stock, by week, for the  Kitchens Range Reviews in 2020. To reforecast stock by supplier as stock is called off for implementation.


To administer all purchase orders and invoices associated with transformational projects in line with programmed dates and individual store requirements. Working under the guidance and direction of the implementation team, the role will consist of data entry into various systems in order to place orders for products and code up invoices for payment prior to authorisation


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Initial Showroom plans go to the stores and these will come back with bay amends. You will then need to make sure we have the right mix of products in the displays. Coordination of this is key and runs in line with the programme. 

  • Product order placement including arrangement of agreed delivery dates with the consolidators

  • Coordination of the contractors and suppliers

  • Ordering of remedial delivery request for on site deliveries to support works on site

  • Coding up of product invoices within the ODAS system

  • Any other general administrative duties that are deemed required and reasonable
