The role we're recruiting for:

The role of Transport Administration Clerk is required to provide an efficient, organised and effective administrative service, ensuring all systems and procedures are carried out in line with Company policy.


Principle Accountabilities:

  • Update, maintain transport administration related stats and associated compliance files

  • Liaising with both drivers and stores

  • Driver brief & debrief

  • Updating purchase order log on a weekly/daily basis

  • Filing vehicle files

  • Ordering and issuing stationary

  • Produce ad hoc reports as requested

  • Support the Transport Management team with ad hoc issues as they arise

  • Adopt a flexible approach to workload addressing priorities as they arise

  • Support the production of the network KPIs and reports


What are we looking for?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to plan workloads to achieve timed deadlines.

  • I.T. Skills, Microsoft Office & Google suites

  • Previous administrative experience.
