This is a hybrid/remote based role with occasional travel requirements to our office in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Are you an E-commerce Executive keen to take the next step and take on more responsibility?
The Toolstation Digital Trading team is looking for a Senior E-commerce Merchandising Executive to join our friendly and growing team. Working collaboratively with the wider Digital team, you will help to manage a number of Toolstation’s product categories across our website and app, analysing sales performance and optimising product display. The ideal candidate will be passionate to join a business with opportunity to grow, a willingness to learn and have a love for data.
Day to Day
Trading. Managing weekly performance analysis for your departments, proposing actions and implementing them using a variety of tools. Sharing performance results with the team.
Merchandising. Using our new search and merch tool to optimise product display across our website and app, making sure that our customers see the right products at exactly the right time.
Accuracy. Maintaining our website real estate assets and managing product messaging in line with the company Trading Plan and range launch cycles.
Performance. Reviewing and identifying improvement opportunities across the website, keeping abreast of competitor activity and industry trends.
Responsibility. Highlighting potential areas to drive growth as well as to achieve quick wins. Working towards taking sole responsibility for some product categories.
Supportive. Building strong relationships across the various teams, being knowledgable on the ranges and identifying solutions to help the wider business.
