Wickes are looking for warehouse operatives to join our warehouse team in Northampton. You will help us drive the smooth operation of our distribution site to help us to increase efficiency, profitability and ultimately customer satisfaction (all whilst ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues).

Our distribution centres are fast-paced, complex operations and as such our warehouse operatives need to be highly organised and efficient with a strong work ethic along with the ability to work at pace within a warehouse environment.

You will be working as part of a team so it’s important that you have great communication skills as well as having the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Working Pattern: any 5 shifts from 7.
Ability to work over a 24-hour window to provide flexibility across all shifts to cover for holidays and absence
