After studying floristry at college, she knew she had a creative streak and enjoyed hands-on work. Her career began in retail with BHS before moving into an aerospace factory role shipping engine fuel parts for aircraft. While stable, it wasn’t something she felt passionate about.
After COVID, she began looking for a role that combined creativity with customer interaction. When a friend mentioned an opportunity at BMX, she was introduced to a Branch Manager and six months later she’s thriving as a Kitchen Sales Designer, despite having no previous industry experience.
With a natural eye for design and strong communication skills, she focuses on building relationships with customers and creating spaces that work for their homes.
Now she’s focused on the future, exploring an apprenticeship, gaining qualifications, and working towards a management role. Her story proves that you don’t need kitchen industry experience to build a successful career with us.
