We operate out of a campus Head Office across multiple buildings in Northampton, but we also have regional and divisional head offices in Crick, Leicester and Watford. These are the nucleus of commercial activity where you’ll find teams including IT, Finance, Marketing and Category Management.

Whether we’re launching new product campaigns, innovating in the technology space or providing leading training & development initiatives, our support functions are critical for ensuring our branch and store network is equipped to continue to help build Britain.

ER Advisor
Working from our HR Shared Centre in Northampton our ER Team provide an effective, efficient, responsive and impartial advice service to colleagues and managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle right across the Group.
Finance Manager
Whether you’re supporting the delivery of a strategic growth plan, to providing key insight and analysis or driving improved business performance, as a Finance Manager within the Group you’ll support business leaders in making key financial decisions to ultimately achieve the best commercial and operational results.
Category Manager
The Commercial functions where you’ll find our Category Managers really do influence the direction of the Group . Aligning category strategy with corporate strategy, we work with market-leading portfolios, driving innovation and new product ranges whilst optimising supplier trading terms and routes-to-market to achieve increased business performance.
Marketing Executive
This is marketing where you’re given the freedom to think big and be creative, to develop powerful ideas and deliver best-in-class executions and winning business models that bring to life the very essence of our brands. What we do includes, Branch Marketing Support, Promotional Activity and Campaigns, Direct Marketing, Online Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Advertising, Brand Awareness, Events and Sponsorship
