We operate out of a campus Head Office across multiple buildings in Northampton, but we also have regional and divisional head offices in Crick, Leicester and Watford. These are the nucleus of commercial activity where you’ll find teams including IT, Finance, Marketing and Category Management.

Whether we’re launching new product campaigns, innovating in the technology space or providing leading training & development initiatives, our support functions are critical for ensuring our branch and store network is equipped to continue to help build Britain.

ER Advisor
Working from our HR Shared Centre in Northampton our ER Team provide an effective, efficient, responsive and impartial advice service to colleagues and managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle right across the Group.
Finance Manager
