A great opportunity for someone to come and join our growing Managed Service Business and take full responsibility for our South East Region. 


This senior leadership position working closely with and reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full responsibility and autonomy to develop and grow the customer proposition across your region, however, we’re keen for someone to stretch their commercial creativity that will benefit the entire Managed Services Business. 


We’re keen to find someone with strong business to business sales skills, account management, a strong understanding of operations and good project management skills. You’ll be responsible for your own P&L and AOP. 


You’ll be involved in all the following types of work and not restricted to bringing you own ideas and commercial experience to the team:- 


  • Strategy and Innovation

  • New Business Development, Cross and Upselling

  • Improvement / Development of standards across Process, Procedure and Customer process

  • Strong influencing across the wider Travis Perkins group of businesses

  • Development of Talent across sales, customer and operations

  • Continuous Improvement and constant review of service offering to ensure our customer proposition is industry leading 


Who are we looking for?


We’re looking for someone who has operated in a senior operational or sales role, managing a significant team to develop and grow a business. 


You’ll have a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales & profit performance in a high growth environment within a matrix led organisation. 


You’ll be a natural sales and relationship manager with excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage to a senior level. 


You’ll be an inspirational leader with the ability to grow people and develop teams.
