Area Sales Representative

What will I be doing?
In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within your territory by actively engaging with customers face-to-face.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct an average of five face-to-face meetings with customers per day, building and nurturing strong, profitable relationships.
- Territory Management: You will be mostly out in the field, effectively covering the Kings Lynn area.
- Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your own diary and schedule, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Administration: Dedicate one day per week (or equivalent time) for office-based administration and planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a good all-round knowledge of products and services offered by the Group and have the ability to offer alternatives and associated products to those requested.
What experience do you need?
- Essential Merchanting Expertise: We are specifically looking for someone with a strong background and deep knowledge of the merchanting sector who is looking to move into a different type of role.
- You will need to be proactive in your approach and be able to spot opportunities to upsell and increase sales and profit with our customers.
- You will need to have great communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with multiple customers and internal stakeholders.
