Assistant Branch Manager

Travis Perkins, the UK's biggest builders' merchant, is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to support the running of day-to-day operations as Assistant Branch Manager. What Does the Role Entail?

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued success, supporting your Branch Manager and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. You will be responsible for:

• Coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Providing expert advice and recommending alternatives to maximise sales of goods

• Ensuring the safety of our colleagues and customers by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures

• Managing all aspects of a branch and business alongside the Branch Manager

Where Will You Be Working?

The Travis Perkins Ilkeston (Managed Services) branch is currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about succeeding in various aspects of business, possessing excellent customer service skills and a drive for sales growth. Our Ilkeston branch employs 6 staff across sales, drivers and yard, and we run 2 delivery sprinter vans.
