The role
This role will report into the Regional Director and support a small number of our branches within our South East Region. The Branch Managers of those branches will effectively lead their teams and everything you do will be to support the Branch Managers and the team to focus on delivering our strategy and performance of the branch. You’ll support the branches to drive sales, manage stock and coordinate transport whilst ensuring the Stay Safe culture within the branches are paramount.
What we are looking for
You will be someone who is keen to develop and learn about how to manage a branch and all aspects of the operation including safety. You will be a confident leader with great communication and interpersonal skills to help to motivate the branch teams. Your organisational and time management skills will be excellent as you drive the branches forward by improving performance and sales whilst effectively controlling costs. Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information will also be key.
