What You’ll Be Doing
As the go-to person at our high-turnover Hereford branch, you’ll lead a large, fantastic team and ensure the operation runs like clockwork. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role managing a complex site that includes:
A dedicated Benchmarx kitchen crew.
A full Tool Hire department.
A heavy-duty fleet: 3 delivery trucks and 1 dedicated Tool Hire vehicle.
You’ll be right in the action, driving success by smashing sales targets, boosting profit, and ensuring the team delivers top-notch service with safety at the heart of everything.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays every 4 weeks (8:00 am - 12:00 pm). Enjoy your weekends off!

Leading a Big Team: Inspire, coach, and develop a large workforce to achieve ambitious targets.
Operational Excellence: Manage a busy yard, a 4-vehicle fleet, and high-volume stock levels.
Customer-First Approach: Build lasting relationships with Hereford’s trade and DIY customers.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain gold-standard health and safety in a high-traffic environment.
Commercial Growth: Use financial data to steer a high-turnover business toward even greater profitability.
