As a Branch Operations Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in our Swindon branch, you will drive safe, smooth and successful daily operations while helping us reach and exceed our sales targets. Your natural leadership and relationship building skills will be at the heart of what you do, collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to shape strategy, inspire high performance and bring local business plans to life.
You’ll be a stickler for high standards, always striving for improvement and most importantly will have the ability to impress and inspire this way of working within the branch.
With a real passion for driving fantastic sales performance you’ll develop robust sales development plans, identifying any skills gaps along the way and coaching and developing teams to achieve success.
