The Role

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of Tool Hire units across your designated area. You won't just manage; you will inspire. By working closely with Branch Managers and Regional Directors, you will shape local delivery plans, influence high-level strategy, and ensure your teams consistently exceed sales and revenue targets.

Your Impact

  • Drive Excellence: You’ll be a champion for high standards, striving for continuous improvement and ensuring "sky-high" safety and service levels across all units.
  • Lead & Influence: Use your exceptional relationship-building skills to coach branch teams, identifying skill gaps and developing robust sales plans to achieve success.
  • Commercial Growth: With pin-sharp commercial acumen, you will motivate your teams to maximize performance and deliver a first-class experience for our loyal customer base.
