The Role:

As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations. You’ll be responsible for driving the performance of our Hire units within the Exeter area, ensuring they don’t just meet targets, but exceed them.

This isn't just about spreadsheets; it’s about people. You will work closely with Branch Managers to shape local delivery plans and build strong, influential relationships with Regional Directors to ensure our business continues to lead the market.

• Drive Sales Performance: Develop robust sales plans and work hand-in-hand with branch teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Inspire Excellence: Be a "stickler for standards," fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and world-class service.
• Coach & Develop: Identify skill gaps and mentor your teams, providing the feedback and support they need to succeed.
• Commercial Strategy: Use your pin-sharp commercial acumen to drive revenue while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
