Then look no further.....! Travis Perkins are currently seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to join the Customer Relations team.
We are a big advocate of hybrid working, so if you are interested in working flexibly please talk to us. We are looking for full timers that have the flexibility of working 42.5 hours a week between Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working will be granted once training is complete. Our Head Office is based in Duton, Northampton.
What you’ll do:
You will be liaising with customers and branches answering telephone calls, email queries and providing an outstanding level of service. As the Customer Relations Advisor you will make sure comments are responded to on our social media sites and you may even be needed to support customers with the online orders. It is important that you can look into queries and complaints in a timely manner and if you are unsure of the response you will have a very supportive Customer Relations Team leader that will guide you.

You’ll have a customer service background and always want to put the customer first! As the Customer Relations Advisor you will need to have excellent communication skills that can work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The team that you will be working with has built strong relationships so someone that is open, honest and loves working as part of a high performing team is really important.
