Joining our friendly and hardworking team as a Warehouse Assistant/ Driver, you'll be on the front line dealing with orders, deliveries and stock coming in and out of the business. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service.
What will I be doing?
You'll be working in the yard, helping customers, dealing wwith stock and general housekeeping. You’ll support the HGV Driver by carrying out multi-drop deliveries of building materials from our branch to our local customers in a safe and professional manner. Loading/unloading the vehicle in the yard using the HIAB, it’ll be your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is properly loaded, safe and in-line with road and transport legislation. Picking and packing stock in our warehouse ready for collection and deliveries.
As well as this, you will be having credible conversations with our customers, as you join us to be the face of our branch. We will continuously aim to provide a great reliable delivery service, completed to a high standard… Every time!
