Head of Commercial - Sustainable Products
On our fast track journey to Net Zero and ensuring our commitment to decarbonise the industry, we want to bring a specialist into our group structure to ensure we keep on track, but most importantly ready ourselves for the Retrofit revolution and align some brilliant, sustainable product capabilities to our product portfolio across our group.
The purpose of this role is to work with all of the businesses in the Travis Perkins plc group to introduce and develop the right products to meet retrofit and wider product sustainability needs for now and into the future for our customers.

Opportunities:-
- Work across the group in conjunction with the group sustainable leadership team and business directors.
- Lead on the commercial development and progress of Sustainable Products and Services - both for retrofit and to meet other customer sustainability goals.
- Develop a group wide procurement strategy to meet decarbonisation targets, supported by business-unit level Scope 3 roadmaps.
- Determine the Sustainable product definitions which can be shared across all of our businesses.
- Work with each of the TP Group business Commercial Directors to build their sustainability offering in line with customer needs.
- Conduct or commission market analysis and research to find product gaps and to identify current and future strategic product opportunities and challenges.
- Supplier development and management, in conjunction with the business Commercial Directors.
- Drive innovation of new products offering and where possible include product trials and implementation.
