We are looking for an experienced, customer service focused and enthusiastic HR Administrator
to join our dedicated and upbeat HR Shared Services team based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.
This is the perfect role if you are looking to begin a career in HR as it's a varied role, working closely
with the Toolstation Payroll and Benefits teams where you will provide a first-class administration
service to our 5500+ colleagues throughout their career with Toolstation.
We’re not asking for you to have worked in a similar role previously, but you’ll need to bring your
strong customer service and interpersonal skills to join this fun, fast-paced environment. Your
excellent judgement in understanding how to tailor information for the audience will contribute to
ensuring that, as a team, we communicate all responses, instructions and decisions clearly.
If you have a passion for HR and want to utilise your excellent high volume customer service/HR
experience, then we want to hear from you
Along with the above, you’ll also have:
* Professional telephone manner.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Strong ability to prioritise your workload, adapting and responding to changes.
As an HR Administrator, we’ll also support you in developing your career within the Travis Perkins
