This field-based role is your chance to make a real impact by driving continuous improvement across our business. Working collaboratively with our distribution centres to reduce risks and incident rates, and understanding performance impacts in order to drive real improvement

Partnering with our retail stores on crucial subjects such as safe product storage, handling, and reducing manual handling risks.
-
Conducting deep dives into incident data to identify systemic trends, spotting patterns and developing effective interventions.
This role is incredibly colleague-focused. You'll be out in the business, visiting sites, listening, and engaging with colleagues to understand their concerns and hear their voice. Consult, engage, share, and collaborate are keywords for success in this role.

-
An excellent communicator, confident in positively challenging the status quo.
-
Good time management skills.
-
A strong understanding of the legal and technical aspects of H&S as they apply to Retail and Distribution Centres.
-
Experience of working in a distribution environment would be highly beneficial, as would experience in a multi-site, fast-paced business.
What you'll get
You’ll find every opportunity to be yourself and to bring your personality and potential to work. You’ll find a business where you can develop a fulfilling career, wherever you want – up the ladder or across the group.
