We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Support role to join our business within our Plumbing & Heating (P&H) division. This role will suit someone starting their career in Implementation Support, and /or if you are currently in branch / retail looking to side step your career and progress to a team leader / management role in the future. If you are willing to get stuck in and get involved with Merchandising Implementation, planning of stock and where the stock will go then this role is for you.

Reporting directly to the team leader / project lead you will be responsible to assist branches in delivering projects in a timely manner ensuring there is minimum impact to customers and colleagues when implementing the projects. You will work with numerous P&H branches across the country and engage teams and provide solutions with overcoming problems that may occur in branch when merchandising stock. 

The role will be field based on a National scale and will require the job holder to be willing to be away from home during the week as there is travel throughout the country. As a result, the perk of a company car will be provided.  

To be successful in this role you are required to;
  • Contact branch manager’s to agree tasks to be completed prior and during project (Build relationship/Set expectations).
  • Setup/Check implementation folder to understand and validate information.
  • Ensure merchandising follows the agreed format and executed in full.
  • Ensure Branch location system maintained throughout the project.
  • Stock integrity is maintained throughout projects.
  • Provide training and support to branch teams on standards and processes.
  • Ensure external contractors follow project schedule and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Resolve or escalate any issues on site using the correct process.
