Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our fast paced and dedicated Property Finance Team, based at our Head Office in Ryehill House - Northampton. Using your excellent organisational skills and working as part of a friendly team, you will be supporting the property portfolio of the Group with administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the property database is up to date, complete and accurate
  • To initiate and control payments of rent and other property liabilities
  • To follow company procedures in respect of financial control in order to ensure that payments are made in accordance with lease terms
  • To assist the efficient operation of the department by a process of continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • To build relationships with key internal stakeholders including landlords, agents and lawyers
  • Project support, which may include data gathering, research and interpretations
  • Supporting with presentation building, communication and the collating of feedback

The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within administration (ideally financial administration)
  • Ability to work methodically and accurately
  • A basic level of mathematics 
  • Confidence in the ability to challenge landlords when required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders, both internal and external
