We have a fantastic opportunity to join a structured 2 year Property Graduate Scheme, offering you broad exposure across our business along with the opportunity to work with a great team of industry experts.
Our Property Department offers a full range of property services to the wider business, from site acquisition, property management and landlord and tenant, to project management, facilities management and property finance. Half year rotations will ensure you gain a range of experience across the Property department, whilst also benefiting from full support and guidance through the APC process. The conclusion of the 2 year period will see you as a trained specialist, ready to progress into a position within the team.
Hybrid working: 2 days a week in Northampton / driving licence required and access to a car.

Our 2 year scheme will allow you the opportunity to develop into a future leader within our business and take on a permanent role within the team. The structured rotation programme will allow you to experience a wide range of disciplines within the Property department.
The scheme will comprise of 4 six month placements and represent genuine roles within the business where you will be able to add value and really make a difference. These placements will provide experience in areas such as property management, new site acquisition, site disposal, lease renewal and rent review transactions, valuation / property development, construction project management, facilities management, sustainability and energy.
We take career progression and personal development seriously and alongside the structured programme you will have a personal development plan and regular contact with an assigned mentor who will oversee your progress throughout the Graduate Scheme. The expectation is that by the end of the 2 year programme you are ready to take on a substantive role within the team.
Is this you?
We’re looking for confident, articulate and ambitious individuals with the confidence to communicate well in a variety of situations. You will have a strong academic record (minimum of expected 2:1 undergraduate degree) as well as having strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. If you’re delivery focused, down to earth and keen to work with a great team then we’d love to hear from you.
