Job Description

Join our growing Electrical Department, due to succession we are looking for a Key Account Manager to cover our Northern region. We are looking for a keen charismatic self starter to join the team. 


Your role will be to help with continuous improvement to our Site Temp Division and driving the growth. You will be involved with utilising market intelligence, competitor analysis and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth locations and product offerings to enable CPS to become a disruptor in the ‘Site Temp’ arena.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Regional integration of ‘Site Temp’ into the designated locations

  • Identify, build and maintain strong customer relationships in order to grow the new sector within the group

  • Work with target branch colleagues of all levels to improve ‘Site Temp’ awareness and engagement and ensure that the branch understand the importance of meeting customer expectations and the benefit to the overall P&H business of being part of the ‘Site Temp’ strategy

  • Monitor market ‘Site Temp’  trends and feedback innovations / trends to the the sector lead and commercial teams to influence the development of the ‘Site Temp’ range
