If so, we are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Reward Specialist to join our Group Reward team. The role allows you to work mostly at home if you wish, but the team gets together at The Hub in Northampton one day a week to interact with other colleagues and provide that social aspect of working as a team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone perhaps currently working in a similar role who wants to develop their skills and specialise in Reward and Benefits.  


What you’ll do

You’ll be setting up and working through an annual calendar of activities based on our Benefits Strategy.  You’ll be working with our Wellbeing lead and Internal Comms team to design and deliver promotional content, raising awareness of our benefits and financial wellbeing initiatives.  We want you to ensure our benefits platform remains fresh, engaging and relevant to our colleagues at all times.  


You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to ensure successful delivery of our Benefits Strategy as well as providing support throughout the year for regular BAU processes covering benefits, financial wellbeing, pensions and compensation. 


You will have the opportunity to attend Group conferences to deliver the messaging directly to colleagues and line managers, plus attend industry events to keep up with new benefits and trends as well as increasing your knowledge and network.


Is this you?

  • Confident, friendly and helpful

  • Able to use your own initiative

  • Passionate about delivering increased engagement levels

  • Problem solving and analytical skills would be beneficial as to support the production of relevant MI stats for internal stakeholders. 

  • Ability  to communicate with colleagues at all levels across the Group.

  • Able to lead / manage project work

  • Experience in working with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Due to the confidential nature of the work we do, you’ll need to work with absolute discretion.
