Are you ready to take on the role of Account Manager for Social Housing New Build at Travis Perkins? In this position, you will be responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of Social Housing New Build Account Customers, fostering strong relationships to establish trust and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated ledger of Social Housing New Build customers, nurturing business relationships, securing enquiries, and converting them into orders. Act as the primary point of contact within the Group.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy for each customer, maximizing sales opportunities through personalized engagement with key decision-makers.
- Lead high-level negotiations and bid submissions for Strategic Agreements with assigned customers, collaborating with divisional brands and internal stakeholders for successful outcomes.
- Ensure timely and complete customer payments in coordination with Credit Services.
- Maintain and optimize customer special pricing agreements, maximizing sales potential and managing rebate and deal agreements effectively.
- Share customer insights with relevant company departments, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- Identify value-added solutions for customers in partnership with various TP functions and suppliers to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering data reports and analysis to customers as per contractual obligations.
- Support the seamless implementation of customer activities within the business, consistently monitoring service quality to exceed customer expectations.
