Are you an experienced Branch/Store/Unit Manager looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a dedicated specialist operation? We are seeking a strong people/sales/customer service manager to take the reins of our Southampton branch. We are CCF, part of Travis Perkins Group, and we are planning for the long term.
Where will you be working?
CCF is the leading nationwide distributor of insulation and interior building products and solutions to the construction industry, supplying drywall, ceilings, flooring and fire protection to building specialists, contractors and builders through a network of over 35 branches.
The role of Branch Manager is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business, and this is no exception.

What will you be doing?
Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive and focused contact with the wider team in order to drive value add to the customers
Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that you meet all standards for safety, deliver storage efficiency, housekeeping and support the ability of customers to find the right products
Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance
Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers

The successful candidate will already be supporting/managing a similar size store or branch and will have relevant skills and experience. We are looking for transferable skills of Inspirational Leadership, Operational Management, Sales, Great Customer Service and Commercial Acumen.
