What will you do? Cloud Centre of Excellence Manager

The Cloud Centre of Excellence Manager reports to the Head Of Platforms and is responsible for the multi-cloud shared services team across AWS and GCP, and our cloud engineering teams. 

Some accountabilities of the role: 

• Provide leadership and direction to the Cloud Engineering team, plus day to day task management, performance management and development.

• Create, maintain and monitor the enforcement of the cloud practices and security implementation, including policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.

• Implement, monitor, maintain and continuously improve the Cloud Engineering function. 

• Ensure technology meets the needs of the group today, as well as ensuring new technology developments create continued modernisation.

• Evangelise and drive cloud adoption and innovation across the TP group, providing advice and guidance to upskill colleagues to efficiently and safely consume public cloud.

• Support the delivery of programmes and projects across the group to ensure Cloud best practices are met.

• Provide cloud financial and commercial support and advice to the TP Group

• Liaise with the privacy operations team and DPO to ensure technical controls and monitoring requirements are mapped to TP cloud assets. 

• Publish and maintain governance, risk and compliance reports for Senior leadership on an ongoing basis.
