In this role, you will:
- Organize sales territories for optimal team efficiency and comprehensive region coverage.
- Achieve sales goals through recruiting, training, and motivating sales professionals.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and Branch Teams to enhance in-branch selling culture.
- Support sales improvement plans and coach teams on utilizing sales tools for exceeding targets.
- Develop customer and region-specific action plans, monitoring key performance data for feedback.
- Foster crucial supplier relationships and engage with key customers in sub-regions.

- Proven track record in managing remote teams.
- Extensive experience in sales management.
