What you'll do
This is a Hybrid role with the requirement to work from our office in Bridgwater, Somerset a few times a month. So ideal candidate would need to be based in the South West.
As our Cash Reconciliation Supervisor you'll provide end to end cash management, ensuring that cash forecasting and reconciliation is timely and accurate. Your strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, will ensure you and your team deliver effective and proactive end-to-end cash management solutions that support our business growth.
Day to Day
Delivery. Whether it’s the posting and reconciliation of sales data, investigating reconciliation variances or unallocated cash balances or approving Trade Credit accounts, you’re focused on timely and accurate delivery.
Leading. A inspirational leader to your team, you’ll focus on how to make things better, from the design and delivery of stakeholder reports to enable greater visibility to the effective management of the Trade Credit proposition
Delivering great service. You’ll set the tone of providing a great customer experience to all - no matter how busy you are, you’ll do it with a smile. You’ll communicate openly and effectively using your influencing skills to get the job done.
What you'll bring
Knowledge. You’ve got extensive bank reconciliation experience and a background in cash and Banking within a multi-channel retailer.
Hard work and passion. You’re dedicated when it comes to working collaboratively with the business. You’re focused on delivering the best service possible and understand the role you play the success of the business.
