What You'll Be Doing:
The Go-To Expert: Servicing customer inquiries, processing sales, and ensuring every customer has a positive, professional experience.
Driving Profitability: Following proactive sales practices, taking full responsibility for hitting branch targets and KPIs, and keeping customers informed about our full range of value-added services.
Safety First: Influencing a safe day-to-day operation by strictly adhering to Health & Safety rules, handling stock correctly, and reporting any incidents.
Operational Excellence: Using company systems for accurate transaction processing, assisting with stock management, and maintaining an organised sales and hire area.
