What will you do? IT Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the Environments and Quality team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for liaising with stakeholders to ensure environment plans are maintained and accurate, working under direction from the Environment Manager. 

Some accountabilities of the role: 

• Liaise with Project and BAU Stakeholders to understand the required use of environments

• Support with the creation and distribution of Environment plans and prepare status reports to proactively monitor overall progress.

• Support overall Environment Management administration ensuring records are kept up to date

• Liaise with teams to plan environment refresh activity and ensure communicate a) in advance of activity and b) to provide status updates during the activity

• Produce Environment Management documentation and Processes

• Contributes to the overall Environment Management roadmap
