Due to an internal promotion, CCF are looking for a National Sales Director to drive their continued ambition to remain the leader in their market sector, while striving to develop further innovation to support their customers into the future.
As part of an experienced Senior Leadership Team, The National Sales Director will report to the Managing Director and lead a significant national and specialist sales team to deliver trading profit, increased market share and continue to build a compelling customer focused proposition.
Who will fit in well at CCF?

We need someone that oozes gravitas, can motivate a team with their energy and who isn’t afraid to remain close to our customers. We’re not a hierarchical type of business and although you’ll have a great team to direct, you will need to get stuck in.
You will have exceptional customer relationship skills coupled with tenacity, gravitas, a humble approach and proven experience in driving business growth through operational excellence that has made a genuine difference to the commercial performance of an organisation.
We’re keen to find someone with strong emotional intelligence, experience in developing sales teams and the passion for developing creative strategies that challenge the status quo.
