  • Work closely with Branch Managers to identify and prioritise key opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future opportunities by monitoring projects from inception through to tender.

  • Use market intelligence to inform pricing strategies and business decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Networking

  • Build strong relationships with manufacturers, main contractors and internal teams.

  • Lead regular structured meetings with supply chain partners to align on strategic objectives.

  • Focus on driving growth across key product categories, including drywall, insulation, and ceilings.

  • Act as a central point of contact between National Project Tracking, Regional Sales leadership and branch teams.

Process & Governance

  • Manage the administration of all agreed key projects within the pricing framework.

  • Identify and allocate opportunities within project tracking systems to relevant stakeholders.

  • Highlight new business opportunities to the Regional Sales Director for resource planning.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within project tracking tools to support forecasting and decision making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, estimating, or sales.

  • Experience working with large scale projects or within the construction/materials sector is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision making.
