Regional Director - South East

Our South East region is an integral part of our business strategy. For us to achieve our potential in this area, we need a visionary leader who can showcase commercial latitude and demonstrate a proven track record in building sales as well as collaborative high performing teams.


We’re keen to find someone with strong emotional intelligence, tenacity and customer facing experience. You will have exceptional customer and stakeholder relationship management skills and the ability to create and sustain long term partnerships. With a high level of supplier, competitor and market commercial understanding, you will be able to drive business growth, through operational excellence and a world class customer experience, to make a real difference to the commercial performance.


So, are you a Regional Director working in our own Merchant world, maybe a little bored of the norm and looking to stay in this brilliant sector, but take on a bigger challenge?


Or…are you looking for change and fancy a move from Wholesale, Construction or maybe a customer centric FMCG environment? All of these can lend itself very well to our environment.


We’re open on which sector you come from as long as you can demonstrate an ability to lead, create vision and thrive in delivering exciting sales growth plans!


We’re on the lookout for someone who can demonstrate that they excel at the following: -


  • You deliver through your team, empowering them to reach their potential
  • You’re ambitious for your business producing a compelling and realistic growth strategy
  • You have a track record in driving sales growth and building teams. Are you passionate about it?
  • You have experience of delivering best in class operational environments
  • Can you spot an opportunity both commercially and operationally and run with it?
  • Do you thrive in an operational sales environment where you are responsible for your own P&L and operation profits?
  • Do you possess a commercial agility to react to an ever changing business and its markets?
  • Do you consider yourself a good influencer with the skills to deliver change and challenge the day to day ‘norm’
