Travis Perkins Regional Manager - West Wales
An opportunity is now available for a Regional Manager to join our leadership team to take responsibility for our West Wales based Travis Perkins branches.
Reporting to our Regional Managing Director, our West Wales Regional Manager will take full P&L responsibility for all branches across the patch. In addition to being responsible for our Travis Perkins branches, the successful candidate will also support our Managed Services, Hire and Benchmarx operations. Whilst our Regional Manager will take direct responsibility for c.9 TP Branch Managers, they will have indirect responsibility for all of the teams within the sub-region (c.100), therefore, influencing skills at both a senior and operational level are a prerequisite.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
A track record in driving sales growth and building engaged teams. You may have done this in the capacity of a Branch or Regional role, or you may have done this in a different role and you’re now looking for the next step up in your career
Possess commercial agility to react to an ever-changing business and its markets and recognise commercial opportunities across the region
The ability to create a compelling and realistic growth strategy, understanding how to get your teams engaged and working towards the same goals
Experienced in leading high performing teams, managing performance accordingly and ensuring your teams are the best they can be
A strong understanding of in-branch operational processes, measuring performance with data - and embedding change when needed
Have a customer focussed attitude. The successful Regional Manager will have a customer first mindset and you’ll promote this with your teams
