What you will do
The London/South East region is the largest within the Travis Perkins structure, presenting the strategic complexity of our vibrant capital city, our biggest Travis Perkins branches, largest Benchmarx showroom and unmatched Hire offering. You'll manage and motivate the sub-regional teams to ensure that sales and profit targets are not just achieved, but exceeded. You'll be comfortable diving into the data to review and report upon team and individual performances, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for growth. All of this will support you in your mission to nurture and develop not just your team, but your customer relationships as well.
