We are looking for a Yard Manager in our Witney branch.
Where will you be working?
You will be working alongside some great individuals at our brand new branch opening in July in Witney. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 0730-1700 and alternate Saturdays 0800-1200.
You don’t need an in-depth knowledge of builders merchants to join the team, as there will be plenty of coaching and training to get you up to speed, we’ll give you the confidence to deliver the exceptional service we expect.
Our branch opens in September but we are looking for people to start with us from June onwards to allow us to provide excellent training and ensure the team are knowledgeable, confident and ready to shine.

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in TP branch life, but here are a few pointers:
You will also be responsible for leading and inspiring our yard team, our colleagues are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard and for our deliveries.
Provide excellent service to our customers, gain a good knowledge of building materials
Driving a great safety culture within the branch
Training and mentoring the yard team to strive for success
What experience do you need?
We really don’t mind what sector you come from, we just want your transferable skills, leadership, sales experience and great customer service. Sales, customer service is important.
