Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader

The branch 

Our branch in Northampton consists of a 18 person team (3 within the Yard) as well as a fleet of 7 HGV's. This opportunity would suit someone with experience managing a small team or someone looking to take their next step in a supervisory role.  

The role

You’ll be responsible for the supervision of the warehouse team, ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll make sure stock levels are maintained to meet customer requirements and sales targets, and also provide a contact point for customer and colleague queries.

What we are looking for

Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar supervisory role in a sales and goods inwards environment although this is not essential. You’ll have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of health and safety requirements. 

A FLT licence is essential for this role.
