Benchmarx – Assistant Branch Manager (Showroom) – Swansea


Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Do you enjoy working with people and providing great customer service? We’re looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Swansea.


What you’ll do

As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch. You’ll learn every part of the business and be confident stepping in to manage the team when the Branch Manager is away.


This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. One moment you could be helping a customer with a CAD design, the next supporting in the warehouse or ensuring deliveries run smoothly. Above all, you’ll be making sure our customers get the best service possible.

You’ll work closely with local tradespeople, building strong relationships that help drive sales and grow the branch.


Is this you?

  • You may already have experience managing a team, or perhaps you’re from a strong customer service background and looking for your next step.
  • You don’t need industry experience – what matters most is a passion for learning and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential as some travel will be required.
