An exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager has arisen in one of our best performing branches. Joining the Kingstanding branch you will be in the heart of a central location with a well developed client base. Our next Manager in Kingstanding needs to have excellent knowledge of Plumbing and Heating products. Be able to develop relationships quickly with others and be able to maintain the high standards of the branch currently. It is fundamental that you will be a leader of our ‘Stay Safe’ culture by championing and driving first class safety standards and ensure that each and every customer receives the highest level of service. About the Branch: Our Kingstanding branch is in prime location and holds a real legacy to the City Plumbing Supplies brand. With its newly refurbished showroom and thriving Spares counter, you will be managing a team of 7 employees with exceptional knowledge in Plumbing and Heating. We are additionally looking to expand the branch into a new Electrical category. You will be responsible for:
Effective management of the team and resources
Recognising team members and identify needs of development
Exceeding branch sales and profitability targets
Managing the sales office, branch purchasing and stock control
Driving sales to ensure maximising margin and net profit
Ensuring Health & Safety rules are adhered to at all times
Competitive salary + eligible for annual performance related bonus 22 days holiday per annum which increases with length of service + bank holidays
