Branch Sales Co-ordinator
As a Branch Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customer orders and enquiries, both over the phone and by email. You'll be supporting both new and existing customers—most of whom are regulars—so building strong, friendly relationships will be a key part of your role.
By providing excellent customer service and asking the right questions, you’ll also have the opportunity to suggest and sell additional products that customers may need for their projects.
You’ll play an important role in the team by:
- Making sure supplier deliveries are recorded on the system,
- Handling customer invoice queries efficiently,
- Helping to ensure all customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
You'll be working in a busy sales office environment, but please note—this is not a cold calling role.
